1. Agreement scope
These General Terms govern access to Node Streamwise Lab websites, learning portals, and related cohort communications operated from South Korea. By enrolling or browsing, you agree to these terms and to any course-specific addenda provided at checkout of informational flows.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration details. Shared credentials are prohibited. We may suspend accounts that attempt to scrape lab materials, redistribute mentor recordings without permission, or disrupt cohort channels.
3. Intellectual property
Courseware, templates, diagrams, and recorded sessions remain our property or that of licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning while enrolled. You may not resell labs, remove watermarks, or host materials on public repositories without written approval.
4. Learner responsibilities
You agree to follow acceptable use policies on lab infrastructure, respect other learners, and avoid introducing malware or unauthorized scanning into shared environments. You indemnify us against claims arising from misuse you initiate.
5. Service modifications
We may update schedules, mentors, or tooling versions to reflect vendor changes. Material reductions in delivered hours trigger remedies described in the Returns & Refunds policy. Cosmetic site changes may occur without notice.
6. Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from lab exercises, including downtime of third-party clouds. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the affected cohort in the prior six months.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be the courts located in Seoul, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. You may also escalate to Korea Consumer Agency mediation pathways available to consumers in South Korea.
8. Termination
We may terminate access for breach. You may stop using services at any time; prepaid amounts are handled per Returns & Refunds. Sections on IP, liability, and governing law survive termination.
9. Communications
Operational notices may be sent to the email on file. Marketing messages require separate consent where required by law. You may update communication preferences via hello@node-streamwise.one.
