1. Controller identity
Node Streamwise Lab (node-streamwise.one) acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this site and related learning portals. Postal address: 33464 원산중앙대로, Seoul, Gwangju, 35077, South Korea.
2. Categories of data
We process identifiers (name, email), professional context (company, role), technical data (IP address, device type), learning telemetry (progress markers, quiz attempts), support transcripts, and billing references when provided voluntarily.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to deliver courses, schedule mentor sessions, improve lab reliability, secure accounts, and comply with accounting obligations. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in securing platforms, and consent where required for analytics cookies.
4. Retention
Account data is retained while your relationship is active and up to 24 months afterward unless law requires longer. Support tickets may be archived for 36 months. Telemetry aggregates may be stored in pseudonymized form for product improvement.
5. Processors and recipients
We use infrastructure and communications vendors (hosting, email delivery, video conferencing). Subprocessors are bound by written agreements requiring appropriate safeguards. A current list is available on request.
6. International transfers
Some processors operate outside South Korea. Where required, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards and document transfer impact assessments.
7. Security measures
We apply TLS in transit, role-based access controls, MFA for staff accounts, logging of administrative actions, and periodic access reviews. No method is perfectly secure; you must protect your credentials.
8. Your rights under PIPA
Residents of South Korea may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, and explanation of automated decisions where applicable. Submit requests to hello@node-streamwise.one with verification details. We respond within 30 days unless complexity requires an extension with notice.
9. Children
Services are not directed to children under 14. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us for prompt deletion.
10. Policy updates
We will post revisions with a new effective date. Material changes affecting processing bases will seek renewed consent where necessary. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance except where prohibited by law.
11. Contacting supervisory authorities
You may lodge complaints with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea if you believe processing violates applicable law.
