Labs & time
How many live hours per week?
Most tracks sit between 5 and 10 hours including async drills; Incident Commander scenarios spike higher but only for three weeks.
Can I download lab VMs?
Yes where licenses allow; some modules stream from our cloud sandboxes only to keep parity with mentor instrumentation.
What if my VPN blocks cloud APIs?
We cannot troubleshoot corporate VPNs; you may request read-only pairing with a mentor to adapt exercises to allowed endpoints.
Ops expectations
Do prices include cloud spend?
No—list prices cover instruction and curated materials. Allocation worksheets help you forecast cloud cost ops separately.
Are payments handled on this website?
No checkout here; enrollment happens through offline agreements or linked procurement flows you already trust.
Will mentors edit my employer’s Terraform?
They review sanitized snippets you paste; direct production access never crosses our boundary.
Limitations we disclose upfront
We are not a certification factory
Certificates describe participation; exam vouchers are optional add-ons you purchase separately.
Mentor coverage gaps
Friday is async-only; holiday weeks may compress office hours—published on the cohort calendar at kickoff.
Language limits
Live instruction is English; Korean summaries are best-effort summaries, not simultaneous interpretation.
Can I resell mentor templates?
No—licenses are personal unless a corporate agreement explicitly grants redistribution; see General Terms.
What happens if a lab vendor changes pricing?
We publish amended allocation worksheets; we do not absorb third-party vendor increases inside list tuition.
