1. Cooling-off period

Consumers in South Korea may withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of purchase under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, unless exceptions apply. The clock starts when the confirmation email is delivered.

2. When the cooling-off period does not apply

If digital content delivery has started with your prior express consent and you acknowledged loss of withdrawal right, refunds may be limited for the portion consumed. Printed playbooks dispatched to your address are non-refundable once shipped.

3. Partial refunds

If we cancel a cohort due to low enrollment, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another start month. If you withdraw after accessing more than 40% of released materials without statutory exceptions, we may deduct a reasonable usage fee.

4. Non-refundable items

Third-party cloud spend, domain registrations, exam vouchers purchased on your behalf, and shipping fees for hardware kits are non-refundable once incurred.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@node-streamwise.one with your order reference, legal name, and reason. Our learner support staff responds within five business days with instructions. Keep payment account details accurate for wire reversals.

6. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days. Card networks may take additional billing cycles to display credits. Wire refunds may require extra KYC checks under anti-fraud policies.

7. Cancellations by us

We may cancel for force majeure or instructor unavailability. You will receive a pro-rata refund for undelivered weeks or a credit toward a rescheduled cohort—your choice where consumer law allows.

8. Dispute escalation

If you disagree with an outcome, you may use Korea Consumer Agency dispute mediation or small claims procedures available in your jurisdiction.
